The Frederickson Plant in Puyallup manufactures composites for 777 and 787 aircraft. Our task was to provide a 3D scan of an Anodizing “curing” tank in real time during production operations. Our pre-mobilization activities included a safety orientation, plant operating schedule coordination, space constraint planning for setup and scanning.
Ash Grove is a cement manufacturer, with multiple locations nationwide. The Seattle facility on East Marginal Way South, fronts on the Duwamish River. BRH was asked to provide an as-built survey of the conveyor belt system that transports sand, gravel, and rock from river barges to the plant.
This upscale senior living facility has one, two and three room units, and offers both assisted living and skilled nursing service options. BRH was involved during construction providing grid control, and on-going monitoring services as the site was cleared and developed.
This 14-story high-rise in downtown Tacoma is an American Baptist Homes of the West senior living facility with 163 units. The building was completely renovated, including family and community rooms, the fitness area, kitchen, and dining rooms. BRH’s role was to perform a boundary survey in support of the team
BRH has served Catholic Housing Services since the late 1990s on sites around the Puget Sound Region. On our most recent assignment, we provided ALTA and topographic surveys for two complexes in Mt. Vernon: La Casa Del Padre Miguel, and the Villa San Isidro Apartments.
BRH has been involved in all of the recent residence developments. These include Mercer Court, Cedar Apartments, Elm Hall, Poplar Hall, Alder Hall, and Terry and Lander Halls. Typical surveys included topographic and utility surveys, right-of-way base maps, as well as as-builts of tunnel location and dimensions below several buildings.
The Olivian offers luxury apartments on Olive Way in Seattle. BRH provided an ALTA survey at the time of property acquisition, a full site topographic survey with utility detection and location, a scan and volume calculation during construction, as well as a foundation survey, construction staking and monitoring.
BRH commenced work on this site in 1999 when it was known as Holly Park. Since then we have provided multiple boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys for this 1,400 unit, Seattle Housing Authority development. This has included a 48-acre plat and several short plats as well as numerous construction surveying services.
This Seattle hotel occupies the first 10 floors of a 21-story residential tower. The hotel offers 147 guest rooms and luxury suites, event space and a rooftop pool. BRH provided an ALTA survey and update, a condominium survey with exhibits, legal descriptions, and full scope construction and monitoring survey services.
