This is a 231,000 Sq.Ft., 4-story residential mixed-use project in Bellevue. Besides civil design, BRH performed a drainage basin analysis to demonstrate to the city that downstream improvements were not required. Resulting in savings for the client. BRH also assisted the client through Bellevue’s complex permitting process.

Woodmark at Steel Lake is an assisted living community located in Federal Way. This facility provides 98 senior living apartments for the residents. BRH prepared the site layout and grading design, plus full construction documents and permit support for all site utilities and parking.
The Roxbury Village scope involved the construction of 36 new townhouses, surface parking, play space, and a courtyard area. Engineering design included an adjacent wetland area and regrading around the 11 buildings on the site. Our utility design included a pumped storm drainage system.
This extended stay hotel has 122 suite-style rooms. BRH provided grading design, storm drainage, sewer design and water supply for both domestic and fire protection systems. Bio-filtration was provided using swales. We also designed the parking layout and coordinated with the City of Bothell to obtain a rezone.
BRH was asked to assist with the re-development of this historic 1926 downtown Seattle hotel. Our scope started with work leading towards the acquisition of a Master Use Permit. Next, we provided civil on and off-site design. BRH also prepared full scope surveying on this site.
BRH provided the site grading and storm drainage system design, including water quality and detention. The existing motel was to be totally demolished and a new Fairfield Inn built on the cleared site. The scope also required the design of water and sanitary sewer systems for this City of SeaTac site.
This 6-story hotel in Lynnwood forms part of a 17-acre business park. Besides full service civil and survey services for the entire site, BRH assisted with wetland creation and protection in full compliance with local codes. We also provided a rebuild of the frontage street adjacent to I-5.
