This mixed-use building in downtown Seattle consists of a 20-story building with mixed-use floors of hotel luxury suites, and 10 floors containing condominiums. Residential units range in size from 805 square feet to a 3,700 square foot penthouse. BRH services included an ALTA survey, topographic mapping, an ALTA, and an interior as-built survey.
This Hilton Hotel near Gilman Boulevard in Issaquah offers suites and amenities such as a gymnasium, pool and business center. BRH provided topographic and utility mapping, a lot line adjustment, a legal description with exhibits, and an ALTA survey.
The BRH team has provided survey services for this property since the 1980s. Our work has included a boundary survey of the entire property, a topographic survey of the entire property, and an ALTA survey of the parking garage. Most recently we were involved in a condo survey and legal description.
BRH has performed several surveys for this north Seattle hospital including a campus-wide topographic survey, and a campus-wide ALTA. We also mapped the new Surgery wing and Outpatients facility. Recent work included an easement ALTA and mapping on Meridian Avenue North.
This AIA award winning library, featuring a glass façade, contains 11,000 square feet of space for books, computers, and community meetings. BRH provided a boundary and topographic survey, a utility detection, and location, as well as utility updates and an ALTA land title survey for this $11.9M facility.
BRH provided full surveys for the 140,000 sq. ft. Museum of Pop Culture (Experience Music Project at that time) within the Seattle Center. Our scope of work included a boundary survey, legal research and descriptions, utility locations, a lot line adjustment, a complex ALTA survey, construction surveying, and monitoring. We also conducted 3D laser scanning of the monorail enclosure.
