As part of our services to the Port of Tacoma, BRH provided an existing conditions survey of the Outer Hylebos waterway. The scope included features and structures in the vicinity, including the East 11th Street approach roadway leading to the refurbished Hylebos Waterway Bridge.

Westlake Cycle Track

In support of this $3.6M, 2-lane bike track corridor, BRH provided the Seattle DOT with a full right-of-way topographic survey, including utility locations along a 1.2-mile right-of-way. A follow-up assignment extended the survey to link to the new Mercer corridor.

Seattle Intersections

Seattle Intersections

The BRH survey team provided a combination of traditional surveying and laser scanning to map 16 intersections in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Each survey resulted in a comprehensive base map showing road geometry and above grade, surface and below grade utilities.

Blaine Streets

This project mapped over 60-acres of utilities along the City of Blaine streets. Below grade, we captured pipe types and sizes, as well as rim and invert elevations. All surface features were shown, such as curbs, gutters, street centerlines, driveway cuts, spot elevations, utility poles, and signs.

Renton Streets

BRH served the City of Renton Public Works Public Utilities Division on an extensive watermain replacement program. We provided boundary and topographic surveys, and utility mapping along numerous arterial and side streets for the full right-of-way, extended to show limited topo of the residence footprints.

University Village

BRH has been surveying this 27-acre site for over two decades. We have provided topographic surveys, as-builts, ALTAs, lot boundary adjustments and easements, legal descriptions, and construction surveys. We have also been involved in individual lots, such as those for QFC and Home Depot.

BRH has worked on literally hundreds of survey assignments for the Safeway Corporation. The depicted project, for example, included a topographic survey and boundary line adjustment for the development of a new store in downtown Marysville. Legal descriptions for adjacent lots, covenants and easements were also provided.

Tacoma Mall

BRH has been involved in several surveys at this mall, including topographic and utility surveys, construction surveys, as-builts, easement investigations, and boundary line adjustments. Work has been conducted on the mall property, such as parking lot surveys, as well as for individual stores, such as Best Buy and Babies R Us.

BRH has provided topographic and as-built surveys, utility location and easements, a condominium survey, and SDOT base mapping. Work was conducted both within the market itself, as well as for the parking garage. A second series of surveys were requested, including as-builts of the existing conditions.
